Phone's screen not opening after getting dropped on floor

It is my uncle's phone screen which is not opening inspite of pressing power button. This happened since he dropped his phone on the floor.

When I press it's power button, I saw some little flicker appearing on the screen. The screen won't open. When I dialled to this phone's number, the phone did rang.

My uncle purchased that phone (Samsung A20) in July 2019.

@goosefootba since it dials out etc. but just does not display anything after a drop, as well as "some little flicker" is a pretty good indication that this is a failed screen.

I suggest that you replace the display. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that use something like this video Replacement displays are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
