accidentally used the wrong power cord ... it still doesn't turn on

I didnt use my tv for a week or 2 and then I went to relocate it and when I plugged it in I accidently used the wrong power cord. origonally, I thought thats why it wasnt turning on but when I figured out the power cord issue it still dont urn on. the red indicator light has always turned on and when I first plug it in its flashing but the screen remains black. I tried the reset while unplugged also.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hi @derekallen59387,

Why was the first power cord the wrong one?

If for whatever reason it was then perhaps you may have damaged the power board.

Disconnect the power from the TV, remove the back cover and inspect the power board to see if there's any obvious damage at all.

if you're not sure, post a close up image of the whole board back here. Here's how on ifixit Adding images to an existing question.

Do you have a DMM (digital multimeter)?
