sir my dell optiplex 780 orange light is there and fan is spinning too fast and 1 &2 showing

Here's the service manual for the PC that may help.
A 1 & 2 diagnostic light fault code indicates: A possible expansion card failure has occurred. - see p.15 (of 74 - pdf numbering top left)
Have you installed an extra card on the board e.g. sound card, WiFi card, etc?
If so the code indicates that there may be a problem with it.

Where exactly is the orange light?
Check the 4 diagnostic lights on the back of the PC and see what they show
