My touchscreen has stopped working - I can't even turn it off

A couple of hours ago my phone stopped responding to touch. To even turn it off I need to put in a PIN which I can't do as it needs the touch screen to be working. I hadn't dropped, overheated or damaged the phone in any way between the time it worked and stopped working. As far as I know, all updates have been done. Does anyone have any suggestions that don't involve using touchscreen?

Hi @jodieleane
Try pressing and holding the Power + Volume Up + Volume Down buttons (all 3 together) for about 20-30 seconds and check if this turns the phone off.
