The motor is spinning but the head doesn't move

Hi,

I noticed this tiny lead screw had probably fallen from its place:

Any idea how this mechanism works and how to disassemble/fix the head, it's still new.

Edit: actually it's not a lead screw, it's a pin with a spring, I tried pushing it up but it's not.

Thanks.

Those heads are replaceable items. Just buy more heads.

I know that, I already replaced it many time when the bristles worn out, this one is still new so I'd rather fix it, they're $6/unit not so cheap.

Hello! I have the same problem. Was it fixed? Or did you buy another head?

Hi, unfortunately not, I replaced the head, I couldn't figure out how to disassemble it.
