Hi @josephgirma,

Check the status of the WLAN network adapter in Windows Device manager to make sure that the software for it is installed correctly.

If it is installed correctly i.e. no red cross or yellow exclamation mark next to the entry in DM, does it detect all available WiFi networks and not connect to any of them (as long as you know the password) or is is only 1 particular network that it won't connect to?

What OS is installed in the laptop, Win7, Win8.1, Win10 etc?
