Power bank emitting burnt smell and it's not working

One day while I tried to charge my smartphone using power bank there was burnt smell coming from output source of charging.

After that day onwards my power bank is not even charging nor giving any output.

I would like to ask experts what is the solution for this problem?

Options

Are you describing the charger smell or power bank smell? If charger, it may be damaged beyond repair. If power bank, be extremely careful of a runaway fire from internal battery damage.
