often using the phone holder maybe it's too tight, the back cover of my cellphone comes off and can't be closed tightly, my alternative is just using a casing so that the back cover doesn't come off

Hello there,
Your battery may be swollen and in this way to make some bump. Inspect it and if need replace the battery with new one.
