iPad restarting every 180 seconds because of missing 'TG0B' sensor

I have an iPad that keeps restarting every ~180 seconds. Panic logs from 3u say that thermalmonitord is not able to communicate with the TG0B sensor. I've googled and found out that this sensor responsible for battery thermal management; basically the iPad is not able to detect the battery. Even in 3u tools the 'Actual Capacity' of the battery shows up as 100mAh, and other fields as N/A.

I've made sure that the battery contacts on the motherboard are fine and properly making a connection with the contacts onthe battery. I've also tried using a battery from another working iPad of the same model. The problem still persists though.

Does anyone know where the TG0B sensor itself is located on the motherboard so I can examine it?

Thanks!
