Hi @kimfrisby,

Please supply the full model number of the refrigerator as there are 18 different variants beginning with the number you posted and they're not all the same?

This is in case replacement parts are required so as to be able to supply the correct information i.e. part number, for the part.

As an initial check, make sure that the freezer door seals are OK. Place a sheet of paper between the freezer door (drawer?) and the door jamb and with the door shut normally i.e. no pressure on it by you to keep it closed, try pulling the paper out. It will come out with a bit of an effort but not easily and it should definitely not fall out by itself. Try this at various places around the door, top, bottom and both sides.

Also check that the freezer lights turn off when the door is closed, in case it is a faulty door switch, by manually operating the switch with the door open. It may be located somewhere in the door jamb. It may not be visible as it may be a magnetic type switch in the frame but knowing the full model number will help ;-)
