My controller isn't charging for some reason?

So, I've been trying to charge my DualShock 4, not sure if it is a newer model but it doesn't have the light on the touch bar so I think it's the model CUH-ZCT1U, and I do know it ends with U.

Otherwise than that, I have tried everything for it to charge, from resetting it, to using a different cable, nothing works. I'm pretty sure I need to replace the battery, but I can't order parts, since I'm not 18. If someone know how to fix this, it would be fantastic!

Regards.

It's probably not a battery problem, but the charging port of the controller that was faulty. You can use a flashlight to look at the port for a bend/broken pins, it's sometimes difficult to see if they are good or not. So sorry but the controller cannot be fixed without changing one of his parts.

Doesn't seem like any of the pins are bent. The charger perfectly goes in the controller, too.
