Official Charger can't charge, other charges like phone charger can ch

I use official Charger charge my Steam deck cant charge. I have use other official Charger charge also cannot and the LED light no come out . I try use other charger like phone charger it can charge and have the LED light come out . Any settings problem??

I have excatly the same problem and Steam support isn't of any help. Did you find any fix for it yet ?
