My screen is locked. It won't unlock with my code..

My screen is asking for an unlock code. The unlock screen has changed and is now not accepting my code. It is telling me that I have 5 attempts left and then the phone will reset to factory settings. How can I get it unlocked????

Samsung uses Knox to secure their devices. Your only option is to factory reset it, log in through the account you used (Google/Samsung), and use it as new.

This is not a bug - this is a safety feature. If you are asked for an unlock code, you (or someone else) has entered and created this code. Unless you remember this code there is no way to unlock the phone.

This safety feature is to prevent that thieves can use a stole device or even are getting access to private data.

As @benz78 says, you can't. Your only option is to factory reset the phone losing everything on it. You have to enter your Google account details on setting it up for it to work again. Hopefully it's backed up too.
