when I try and charge my phone, the charger itself won't go in completly in the charging area. I tried to fit it in many times, but it just went half way and didn't fit it completly, I tried with a tissue and a thin wire to clean out any dirt inside but still with the same problem. and no, I didn't mix my charger with another. what do I do?

Have you got a magnifying glass? No? Get one and look into the connector socket in good natural light to see what is constricting the charger. It would probably help to look at another phone with the same socket to see what it should look like.

@darienelgazar check the connector on the charging cable as well. Make sure that it is okay.
