Why my xbox one won't recognize my USB stick

I plugged my USB stick with osu1 downloaded into my xbox one. When i'm in troubleshoot it wont recognize the USB stick. The Offline system update wont light up.

Can your Xbox detect other storage devices using the USB port?

I don't know, i don't have another storage device i can use right now. But i can connect my controller threw the USB port

Oh that would be it (32GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive).

@matthewdupill what way did you transfer osu over to the drive, copy and paste or drag

According to Microsoft, you're going to need a USB 3.0 external storage with a capacity of 128 GB or greater for storing games/apps. To be completely honest I'm not sure if the size requirement is necessary for side-loading things but at the very least your going to need a USB 3.0 external drive.
