Hi @shamilsoola,

Does the device indicate that it is charging when you connect it to a USB port on the PC?

If it does or even if it doesn't, try using a strong light and a magnifying glass to inspect the USB port enclosure on the device to make sure that it is clear and unobstructed so that a good electrical connection is possible. Also check that all the USB connection pins are there and are straight and parallel with each other and not bent or even missing.

@shamilsoola

Not talking about the cable but the USB port on the device that the cable plugs into.

Carefully check that it is OK, not blocked with lint or other debris and that nothing is broken

@shamilsoola

Did you visually inspect the USB port, you didn't say?

by

Yes,i did...i mentioned that"i tested the cable with other devices,it works normally"

by

i did that ,also i tried it on other 2 PC s, the same result.

@shamilsoola

If it's charging OK then most probably it's corrupted software INSIDE the watch or perhaps a faulty USB port connection INSIDE the watch or a faulty USB controller INSIDE the watch.

I couldn't find any firmware for it so you may have to open it up to see if there's anything obviously wrong.
