Why I can't pair the headset to the station no matter what tutorials

After an update made more than 6 months ago my headphones are not being able to pair to the station no matter what tutorials i follow step by step! 'm trying to find a way to hard reset them but with no luck! Any advices please, i'm desperate as the guys from steelseries asked to be replaced but being out of the warranty they've changed their thoughts! Thank you!
