Won't boot up

The tablet initially said there was water when plugged into charge when there isn't water. When plugged in and no water warning it just keeps flashing the galaxy logo. Took to Geek Squad and no luck. Now just keeps flashing the logo. Tried factory reboot but says missing file. Probably need to reinstall programming. Where can we get or can we flash our other tablet and load onto the broken one?

Update (03/31/23)

How do we reinstall the program files?

Hey, Susan

Have you tried putting a new battery in? A guy a few months ago had this same problem with a Tab A7, and a new battery had it working good as new.
