Nintendo DS lite won't turn on

My DSL won't turn on and didn't have any light from the power indicator putted charger and a new battery but still nothing.. plss help

do you have a second charger or any way to test the one you're using?

@sadmango yess I have 2 chargers still no orange light when plugged in :(
