If you're having trouble accessing your account on your Nabi 2 tablet, you can try the following steps:

  1. Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
  2. Open the Nabi 2 Settings app from the home screen.
  3. Scroll down and select "Accounts".
  4. Tap on the account you want to access.
  5. Enter your login information, such as your username and password, and then tap "Sign in".

If you're still having trouble accessing your account, you can try resetting your Nabi 2 tablet to its factory settings. However, be aware that doing so will erase all data and personal settings on your device. You can find instructions on how to reset your Nabi 2 tablet on the manufacturer's website or by contacting their customer support team.

Jelly Bean man, you have a link to "the manufacturer's website or by contacting their customer support team"? How do you perform a hard reset?

@oldturkey03 Here is a link to the manufacturer's website for the Nabi 2 tablet:

You can find support resources such as user manuals, FAQs, and customer support contact information on this website.

Additionally, here are the steps to perform a hard reset on the Nabi 2 tablet:

Make sure that your Nabi 2 is turned off.

Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time for about 10 seconds.

Release both buttons when the Nabi 2 logo appears on the screen.

Wait for the Factory Reset screen to appear, and then use the Volume buttons to navigate to the "Yes" option.

Press the Power button to confirm the reset.

Wait for the reset process to complete, and then use the Volume buttons to select the "Reboot system now" option.

Press the Power button to restart the Nabi 2 tablet.

Note that performing a hard reset will erase all of the data on your Nabi 2 tablet, so make sure to backup any important data before proceeding with the reset.

@Jelly Bean man the link doesn't work for me. Have you checked it and it works for you?
