Screen won't work even after screen replacement

I cracked my Macbook M1 13" screen. Sent it for repairs, the guys changed the screen but nothing showed. They tried same screen on similar macbooks and the screen worked perfectly. I had them connect to an external display and it didn't work either. What do I do?

Answer this question I have this problem too

I’m surprised they didn’t do any basic diagnostics! I would have checked the power rails starting from the battery it’s likely when you broke the screen a power surge ran thru logic which wasn’t intended to get the power burning out something.

I think its best to visit an Apple Store to see what they say. The cost of the needed repairs maybe quite high if they fix it.

A good independent repair shop with the needed deeper skills on Mac’s should be able to patch up the logic board.
