If HDMIs are unplugged they won't display again until restart

Using two monitors both plugged into gtx 750ti. If either HDMIs are unplugged while the PC is on, they will not display again until I restart the PC.

Hi @bkc2k,

Why are you unplugging them if the PC is on?

You can end up causing electrical damage to the HDMI controllers if you're not careful as there's power on the leads. It's always safer to have both devices, PC and monitor powered off when unplugging/plugging HDMI cables

If you must do this for whatever reason, then try pressing Ctrl + Shift + Win + B key (all together) to restart the graphics drivers.

I'm not unplugging them they're just loose due to age and if the computer gets bumped they will lose connection. Doesn't happen often but pretty annoying when it does. I will test tomorrow to see if your tip works, thank you!
