Why can't I make calls?
Phone receives texts and has other functions, but it says it isn't connected to the server; yet it also says the Wifi is on.

Hello,
What carrier are you with?
Being able to text but not make calls is a pretty common issue lately as a result of how some carriers do sim activation.
