DS Lite isn't charging Constantly, charging light goes off.

The charging light was red so I put it to charge but the orange light goes off for a few minutes so it was impossible that in a few seconds it completed charging. But every time I unplug the charger and plug it in again the light goes on, but the same thing happens again.

It isn't an adapter/cable issue.

@xyla let us know how you determined that "It isn't an adapter/cable issue." If that is correct, you want to replace the battery. If a new battery does not yield any better results, disassemble your DS and check the board for corrosion and failed components in the charging circuitry. Post some pictures of both sides of your board with your question so that we see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
