Why is my one bud not charging and other's is at low voice at max volu

Left airpods isn't working not charging and the case doesn't detects it it rarely sometimes work right but alot of the time off.The right one has low volume even though I have put it on max volume pls help.

Have you dropped them or got them wet with water? There are also plenty of replacement airpods pro on ebay, since they are pretty hard to repair.
