The system won't on even after removing the battery , please could be

My Lenovo T430, is not coming up even after removing the battery. Please what could be the issues and solution.

Here are the troubleshooting steps suggested in this support link:

Plug the PC in to power first. If that does not work, wait 5 to 10 minutes in case the battery needs to charge to a certain level.

Check the power, adapter, and cables:

Verify that the AC power adapter is correct for the system (check the user manual, How to find and view manuals for Lenovo products - ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, ideapad, ideacentre).

Plug the AC adapter into the computer and a power outlet. If the computer has a power indicator light, check if the light comes on.

Do not use a power bar, power strip, or other power extending device.

Make sure the AC adapter is securely plugged in to the computer and the outlet.

Try a different power outlet.

Does the PC make a sound (for example, fan noise). If so, check light settings and increase the brightness level.

If this doesn't work, you may try a hard reset (remove the battery and press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds).
