Use the recommended configuration.
Make sure that your device is connected to the Internet over cellular data or Wi-Fi.
Move to a quiet place.
Speak more slowly and clearly.
Try using a headset with a microphone.
Repeat your voice command.
Turn off vibration in your device settings.

Did it work, and something happened? Like a shock (from a fall) or exposed to liquid?
