CD player keeps repeating cd format not supported. I cleaned CD player, rebooted & still stuck on “format not supported.

There could be many reasons your music system is not playing videos or songs.
- Your music player does not support the file format contained by Cd or drive.
- A Cd drive or flash drive is hard to read or detect by a music player.
- There might be some scratch on Cd that cause the issue with playing the music.
- Try to play some other Cd and then check whether it's working or not.
- Clean your music player reading lens.
- Try to play your Cd on your computer or laptop. Check its format and confirmed that it is right.

Hi,
Are you using a commercially made CD or a home made CD e.g. CD-R, CD-RW etc?
Does this occur with all CDs or only the one?
