Furby boom quickly goes to sleep and doesn't do any actions

OK so my furby boom wakes up does a awake sound then does 10 emotions (no sound) then sleeps, it refuses to eat and it doesn't move.

The small 6V brushless DC motor went wrong. I had the same issue. You can replace it with one from a PC DVD reader (this is the door opener motor). Shaft is smaller but it's ok, diameter is good. There is a PCB Board at the back of the furby that controls the movements and it could be damaged or corrupted. You need a solder iron as well to replace electronic part from DC motor.
