Hi

Try a full power refresh and check if that resolves the problem.

  • Disconnect the charger if connected and then remove the main battery from the laptop.
  • Disconnect the RTC battery from the systemboard

Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.

Go to p.63 & p.78 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the main battery and the RTC battery respectively.

Once you have removed the RTC battery, measure its voltage. It is a 3V Lithium battery and usually lasts about 5-6 years. If it is <2.5V DC, replace it.

  • Press and hold the laptop's Power On button for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
  • Reconnect the RTC battery, reassemble the laptop, reinsert the main battery and check if it turns on.

I forgot to say what causes this problem. I removed the battery while the system is updating. I'm worry if I have to replace the hard drive or something like that

@Aka Maru

It should at least turn on i.e. fans etc and not boot into Windows if there was an update failure.

Try disconnecting the HDD from the motherboard (use the manual I linked) and then check if the laptop starts.
