No sound makes and receives calls but there isn't any sound

Phone does not have any sound at all it won't make a ringing sound for any calls and any app that has sounds like you tube has no sound at all only the video

Can you hear audio OK when using headphones/earphones plugged into the phone?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
