Rear camera, flash, flashlight and maginifier don't work ulefone x5

Rear camera, flash, flashlight and magnifier don't work ulefone x5. When swiping down screen and tapping flashlight a message pops up saying "Unable to turn on the flashlight. Please check if the equipment is occupied."
