Cartridge cover won't lock in

Kind of a dumb complaint, but the cover that protects the cartridge and SD card slot doesn't lock in place when closed. I push it in and it just comes right back out. Sometimes it locks in but any little movement and it pops out.

I'm pretty sure it's been like this since I got it a few years ago.
