System ui isn't responding device is dead and on black screen

My phone is on an endless reboot and shows system ui isn't responding

oumar robinho what make and model is your phone? What do you mean not responding? Give more details?

Me also same problem the applications are not working proper and some times off and again if on not on the phone, and the sound is also not working

It was miui 13.0.4 global version update after which this started happening to my device also...now my device is also stuck at endless reboot and "System UI not responding".
