My xtreme 3 won't charge
I brought a jbl xtreme 3 2 weeks ago the battery has died and I can't get it to charge. I plug it in and it just turns back off

I found the issue on my end. Check the charging board to see if the ribbon cable is connected or if it has a break. If the ribbon cable is not connected, the box won't have charging logic and won't be able to check the battery status. If that doesn't solve the problem, the battery is probably defective.

Hello Katie, plug it into the computer , as if the computer would be charging it , open your options for external discs, find the device , go into the settings if possible, or if not possible , eject the device with options from the computer. then it should work, unless the battery is dislodged, then it’s a lot more complicated.

My boombox is completely dead and I can't get it to charge. I thought they when it was dead just plug it in
