My iPhone won't boot up.

I got this iPhone from a family that doesn’t use it anymore. It still had their iCloud and data on it, so I reset it. After doing that it went to the Apple Logo and hasn’t changed since. I left it overnight and eventually it died. When I plugged it back in, it did the same thing again. When I try force restarting it, it turns off, then goes back to the Apple Logo.

What should I do?
