My iPhone doesn't sync or charge?

Hi, I have a doubt, my phone had a problem with the microphone, for my despair I had to open and try to clean that part, now the microphone sounds normal but my phone is not charging or recognized by the music player or either with the wall charger, the strange thing is that if I turn off the cell phone battery charges. The most serious problem is that my mac does not recognize it and of course do not see it in itunes. What do I do?
