Replace screen or replace frame & screen as unit of oneplus 5T?

I can get screen with digitizer or screen, digitizer & frame assembly for less $.

Which is easy for my first time screen replacement?

Phone rang, lifted it from pocket to see diagonal stripes on green field. No visible impact damage. Screen did not respond was all black in 20 minutes.

When repaired, phone will only be a LTE to WiFi hotspot 30’ up a mast, so display quality is not an issue.

@brokeittwice get the complete assembly. It is a lot easier to replace. It may cost you more but your repair will be quicker and good results are more likely.
