Left side doesn't work when using the wire, how do I fix it?

A while ago the wire got caught and was yanked out when using the headphones. When using bluetooth both sides work fine, but when using the wire, only the right side where its connected to works. However, I can get the left side to work by pushing on the connection between the wire and the headphones.

Answer this question I have this problem too

@ronnchao sounds like either a loose solder connection or partially broken wire. To inspect and repair that you will have to open up the left side. Remove the outer ring (it is glued on, so some heat from a hair dryer etc. and a plastic prying tool will help with that). Once the outer ring is removed you should see four small phillips head screws. Remove those and you should now get to the wiring etc. Of course if you are stuck with anything or need some more help, post some good pictures of what you see with your QUESTION.
