The easiest way is just replace the uppercase 17” Unibody Macbook Pro, Top Case and US keyboard (09), Apple P/N 661-5041 for $50 USD and follow this guide MacBook Pro 17" Unibody Upper Case Replacement.
Your other option is replacing the keyboard alone which is not any cheaper.
