It stopped making ice, a new ice maker was installed and the ice tray is still not filling with water. The water dispenser is working fine, not sure where to go from here or how to do it. Any help is much appreciated.

If your water dispenser is working fine, then obviously you have water. Check the water fill valve. Make sure it's getting the signal to open, and that it is capable of opening. Sounds like you need a new water valve for it.
