don't charge connected to mac nor seen by itunes

iphone 3gs 16 gb, never had issues, now it charge and keep switched on only connected to power supply, if add the link to mac, black screen, if link to mac, black screen. Impossible to switch it on on its own only reset when connected to power supply.

Sounds like your battery has run out of charging ability. It will need to be replaced. Buy it here or many places online/phone shop.iPhone 3GS Battery Replacement

as with any repair on a 3GS please remember to hold power button until "slide to power off" appears or you risk damage to the LCD backlight. good luck.

Had the issue, thought it was battery fault and replace it, issue still there

could be a bad battery or poor contact between battery and motherboard. Make sure the screws near the sticker/connector 7 are in properly to give good contact.
