My battery is charged and all that but for some reason it won't turn

I have a Sony Notebook Computer and the model is PCG-F360. On day I went to turn it on and for some reason it wasn't turning on. I didn't spill nothing on it, when you try to turn it on the power button doesn't show up and on top of that the screen won't turn on either. Please help me.

Hey Marilyn,

Does it work with the power cable plugged in? If so it seems to be a bad battery. Follow this guide for reference: Sony Vaio PCG-F360 Battery Replacement
