I can't hear any of my notifications, how do I fix this?

Today I was at my work and I had gotten a bunch of notifications but I didn’t hear them. So I put on my ear buds and I still didn’t hear them. I can’t hear any notifications from my text message app or my other apps. I checked my settings and all of my sound is on and my notification settings look good. Still not working? My phone vibrates but no sound? Please need help.

Hi @zaidros ,

Just verifying that the phone is not in silent mode?

If it isn’t in silent mode, try starting the phone in safe mode and check if the sounds now work OK.
