won't brew carafe following

I had to replace the pod holder but now it won’t brew carafes. The display screen won’t give me that option. It worked perfectly before the first pod holder broke. What changed? I’m trying to do a reset now…again. didn’t help before.

I fixed it. I did a hard reset and it's been working perfectly.
