So my ps4 pro is erroring on all of my games but Gta 5 is erroring so hard that I can’t even play it. What happens is I start it but it just then it errors but it does get to the loading screen or else it just load’s for ever I really need help. also I have tried replacing the hard disk and just wipe all the data from it but still errors.

Hi!
This sounds like a bad harddisk. Replace it with a known working one or a new one. Then install the PS4 OS again.
