@bharatkundaje OEM can only be had from Microsoft or their authorized reseller/repairer and they most not going to sell it to you. You may have the option on having Microsoft repair it for you. Otherwise I suggest that you purchase you parts through a couple of good online searches. You could get the battery from here Surface Book 2/3 15" Keyboard Battery
