Trackpad & keyboard stopped working!
I replaced the battery a few days ago because the old one had about had it. After replacing the battery, the trackpad and keyboard did not work. New battery was killer good. I replaced the trackpad cable. Still no go on either trackpad or keyboard. I replaced the touchpad unit. Still no go. I am using another keyboard and a mouse to make the laptop work but it is awkward. Any idea what else might be wrong in there with all the obvious stuff replaced and battery working fine?

Have you reset the SMC and PRAM? Do you have Windows installed? If so, what happens when you boot into Windows? Question is quite old, i know ;)
