tablet doesn't charge. screen keeps blinking.

My Samsung Tab E does not charge. I dropped it accidentally and the whole tablet turned off. I went to put it on charge and it just keeps blinking. The grey power logo shows up when its plugged in and it just blinks over and over again. When the charger is not plugged in you can't turn it on. When plugged in and you try to hold the power button the screen starts loading but it stops and blinks again. I tried hard resetting it but it doesn't work. What's wrong? Did something break when I dropped it. It dropped in the top left corner. Is there something there? I opened up the back but I have no idea what im doing. Can someone please help?
