Wifi & Bluetooth not working after Water spill

Hi! Spilled some water on my macbook, everything seems to be working fine for the most part, except the Wifi cant connect, the Bluetooth on the top bar has a squiggly line running through it. Certain software (like Magnet) has somehow been damaged and my Office was deactivated.

Any help with troubleshooting? Thanks!

Did you try running the onboard diagnostics to see what it reported?

Restart your system and Press the D key to enter into it

Reference: Mac startup key combinations

Typically a hardware issue like a liquid spill wouldn't mess up your software. This sounds like a file corruption issue you'll need to run Disk Utility after we get the spill damage issues resolved.

Spills are not something you want to let to fester as the longer the time the wetness sits the more damage it creates!

Here’s a good writeup on what you are facing Ask iFixit: I Spilled Liquid on My Laptop—Now What?

It sounds like the damage is localized to the I/O board which is where the AirPort sits. Review this guide MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2015 I/O Board Replacement as you’ll need to get it out to hopefully clean the corrosion or replace it as well as the possibility of the I/O cable.
